A commission aimed at shaping global policy on gender equality and women's empowerment. The Council's work includes the analysis of barriers and the development of recommendations for their elimination, the exchange of best practices and the integration of a gender approach into international development programs. The delegates act both at the diplomatic and expert levels, working out solutions that can change the social structures and legislation of the Member States.
